Condado de Haza – new wine, new image
Condado de Haza’s new vintage, Crianza 2013, was released on the market in October 2016. With this new vintage the bodega reinforces its long winemaking tradition and also took the opportunity to launch a new image for its wine, which has been on the market for 22 years.
Bodega Condado de Haza’s new label, soft tones on a white background, contrasts with the black foil that characterises the bottle. Modernity and tradition come together in a design that maintains a firm commitment to its history, personified in the label’s classic watercolour painting of the Haza church.
Condado de Haza’s new image is accompanied by a wine which has been subject to an exceptionally long ageing process – 18 months in American oak and more than a year and a half of fine-tuning in the bottle. This ageing process confers greater structure and elegance to the wine, which is increasingly reaping more success on both the domestic and international markets and is available in 80 countries. US magazine, Wines & Spirits, awarded 93 points to previous vintages and it was chosen by Ithaca College in New York as the most representative Ribera del Duero wine.
